Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with SBLab LLC. Because our products are printed on demand and made specifically for you once you place an order we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. By purchasing from our website you agree to the following terms which are provided in accordance with New York State General Business Law Section 218-a.

Under New York law you are entitled to a refund or exchange on eligible items within 30 days of the date of purchase provided the merchandise has not been used or damaged by the buyer and you have a valid proof of purchase. Please note that because our apparel is made to order we handle different types of returns as follows.

If your item arrives damaged, has a print error or is the wrong size or color due to our error we will offer a full cash refund or a replacement at no cost to you. Because items are custom printed for each customer we do not typically accept returns for change of heart or wrong size ordered once the printing process has begun. We highly recommend referring to our sizing guide before completing your purchase.

If a return is approved you have the choice of a full refund to your original payment method or store credit for future use. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. We do not charge restocking fees for any items. Unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our New York facility. Items marked as Final Sale or As Is at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

To initiate a return or report a defective item please contact us at sblabsoftball@gmail.com with your order number a clear photo of the item if reporting a defect and your preference for a refund or replacement.
